Mountaineering - I have extensive outdoor climbing experience in the western US and train regularly to maintain elite fitness. I moved to Bishop - a world class climbing destination - 4 years ago to pursue rock climbing and mountain adventuring. I boulder up to grade v8, sport climb 5.12+, and in the summer months I scramble up Sierra peaks over 13,000 feet in elevation. Last summer I free soloed Cathedral Peak in Yosemite, an iconic peak that is most often climbed with protection (rope and gear).
FAV PLACES: Bishop, Tuolumne (Yosemite), and Joshua Tree
SUPPORT: Depending on the type of climbing we're doing I need someone to belay me. Since the location seems to be outside of California, a local rock climbing or alpine guide is essential.

Mountaineering - I live half time in the mountains. As for experience, I have glacier crevasse rescue training and glacier moutaineering experience and skills for the last 6 years. I have traversed and crossed many famous glaciers and most recently returned from a three week northern Svalbard expedition ski mission and 2 weeks in Chamonix. I have ice climbed and have experience with ice climbing tools, as well as placing equipment etc. Backpacking at high elevations I have done multiple times from Santa Cruz trek in Huaraz northern Peru to all over Norway .
